Onboarding

At the start of your membership, your team sets up an extensive review session before onboarding to understand your preferences and annual budget to build you the ultimate setup that's right for your family & lifestyle. Throughout your membership, your advisor shares guidance with you on options available in your city, backed by Beverly's market knowledge, network and research capabilities.

Building your setup

Once your onboarding is complete, your advisor and assistant kickoff building your childcare staff list, sending you qualified candidates, scheduling test-runs and building you a strong foundation while always being a message away to support you 7-days a week. Your team will aim to get your emergency needs complete within days and stabilize your full setup within weeks, from start to finish.

Ongoing Support

Once your setup is done you can either take over to manage things on your own, or ask your team to continue supporting you to maintain your childcare staff list. As part of our 360 childcare, you get coaching sessions via top experienced nannies, and elite education advisors to continue improving your setup and increase your confidence in your personal and professional life.
