Which families are eligible for Beverly membership?

Parents who are living in one our active service locations in the US are typically eligible, depending on availability and their childcare needs. If you don't see a specific location reach out to us to find if our assistants are able to service it.

How does my gift get delivered?

We generate a welcome email with your gift on your behalf, and send it to you. You then have full control over how you want to deliver the good news to your loved one.

What happens if the recipient is already a Beverly member?

We can either give you a full refund, or automatically apply your gift to their monthly backup membership cycles. It's entirely up to you.

How does the recipient get started?

Once the gift is delivered by you, their membership is considered active. Our team will reach out to the recipient to schedule their onboarding.

What if things don't work out?

A Beverly client and their assistant invest substantial amount of time and energy into their partnership. We know things don't always work out sometimes. If it happens, your recipient's Childcare Advisor will work closely with them to address their concerns and review aspects of service that require a performance evaluation. If that doesn't work either we may review your recipient's assignment to figure out the best next steps, including a reassignment depending on availabilities.
