Your single point of contact

Your Beverly coordinator

Your coordinator is your single point of contact at Beverly. Beverly coordinators are selected for their professionalism, attention to detail and awareness of standards our clients expect from Beverly. They come with unmatched pattern recognition on assessing caregivers skills, EQ, behavioral and childcare aptitude, as well as communication ability as a result of screening 1000s of caregivers as part of our team. They understand your family, your preferences, and your market. They coordinate your entire search from strategy session through offer negotiation and payroll setup.

Behind the scenes

Your Beverly system

Your coordinator is supported by the broader Beverly team, systems and workflows to ensure your service keeps getting better continuously and reliably, and stays best-in-class. We build our systems to provide continuity and keep you as close to 100% coverage as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are like our clients, you don't have the bandwidth to manage several agency relationships, screen candidates who may or may not be the right fit, and coordinate the end-to-end caregiver search process. Beverly gives you a highly talented, expert coordinator who reaches out to agencies, assists in screenings, and helps with the end-to-end contracting process on your behalf. As a result, you get a substantially better candidate pool than you otherwise would with individual networks — while saving 100+ hours. Beverly's systems run in the background to maintain quality and standards that are on par with what our clients naturally expect.
Your Beverly coordinator manages your entire nanny search from start to finish. They conduct a strategy session to understand your family’s needs, create a detailed Family Brief, contact agencies on your behalf, review and pre-screen candidates with video interviews, schedule meet-and-greets, coordinate trial days, structure offers, help you draft your employment agreement, and provide 90 days of post-placement support. Think of them as your dedicated childcare hiring expert embedded in your family.
We select fewer than 1% of available coordinators at the end of a rigorous process that includes multiple interviews, personality and aptitude assessments. Beverly coordinators go through trial periods and are constantly monitored and supported by our team to make sure they deliver an outstanding setup with empathy and precision.
Departures are a part of life. If your coordinator leaves, your team will promptly assign a replacement to ensure continuity. Your new coordinator will be fully briefed and trained to maintain comparable levels of operational performance. In many cases your new coordinator will also get a chance to work side by side with your old coordinator for a seamless transition.
Beverly is not an agency — and that’s the point. Agencies source candidates from their own roster and earn commission on placement. Your Beverly coordinator contacts multiple agencies on your behalf as your family’s assistant, aggregates candidates from every source, and provides independent recommendations with zero placement-fee bias. You get full market access instead of being limited to one pool.
You do — always. Beverly coordinates on your behalf, but you are the direct counterparty in every agency relationship. Your coordinator helps you select the right agencies, handles onboarding paperwork, and manages day-to-day lead flow so you can focus on evaluating candidates rather than juggling logistics.
Of course, simply introduce your coordinator to your agency communication threads and they can pick up from where you left off.
You own all the agency relationships. Even if you stop working with your coordinator you or your agency will be able to continue the communication.
To streamline the process, Beverly plans cover enough registration fees to start several agency relationships — up to $2,000 for Managed and $3,000 for Comprehensive plans. Placement fees are paid directly by you to the agency, and are almost always conditional — meaning they only apply after a caregiver is successfully hired.
Agency selection is a dynamic process driven by quality, role availability, seasonality, location, and your preferences. Your coordinator works closely with you to decide on an initial list of highly rated agencies, which you can adjust at any point throughout the search. The goal is to maximize your access to top-tier candidates while keeping the process manageable.
No. Beverly is an expert assistant service that works alongside you as you engage with high-quality agencies and your own personal network. We do not maintain our own caregiver roster — and that’s by design. This model keeps us client-first and objective, allowing us to engage with as many external networks as needed to maximize the odds of finding your ideal caregiver, while you do less work than ever.
Yes. Both the Managed and Comprehensive plans include pause and resume flexibility within a 12-month window. Life happens — if you need to put the search on hold for a few weeks, your coordinator picks right back up where you left off when you’re ready.
Most agencies you will work with have replacement search guarantees, which allows you to start a new search with no additional agency costs. If a placement doesn’t work out, talk to your coordinator about next steps — they’ll help you evaluate the situation and can guide you through your options.
Yes. The $2,000 Lifetime Membership is a one-time investment that gives you access to Beverly, your dedicated coordinator, 2 background checks, 2 reference checks, nanny contract drafting, a family operating guide, and a year of Poppins Payroll (for new clients). When you’re ready to activate a full managed search, you choose either the Managed or Comprehensive plan on top of your membership.
For long-term roles, most families complete their search in 5-6 weeks with Beverly. Your coordinator begins agency outreach immediately after the strategy session, and you typically see your first shortlist within the first 1-2 weeks. The timeline depends on your market and requirements, but having a dedicated coordinator working full-time on your search compresses what usually takes months into weeks. For short-term or travel roles, the process is generally much quicker — your coordinator can often line up vetted candidates within days, depending on your destination and timing.
Beverly runs comprehensive background checks on your finalists including national criminal records, sex offender registry, SSN trace, 7-year county criminal history, and motor vehicle records. For reference checks, your coordinator contacts each reference directly and provides you with a detailed report covering reliability, strengths, areas to watch, and whether the reference would rehire. Results are typically ready within 3-5 business days.
Yes. Travel and temp nanny searches are available as an add-on ($2,000) or included in the Comprehensive plan (1 search included). Your coordinator will find, screen, and vet short-term childcare at home or at your travel destination — covering up to $1,000 in agency registration fees. These are designed for short-term roles under 15 days that require lighter evaluation for long-term fit.
Beverly is built on comparable storage, encryption, client-advisor confidentiality and privacy protocols as the leading law, technology and service enterprises in the US. We only gather information to make our services personalized for you. This means we might ask your information to procure the right service or connect you with the provider. We don't share your information with 3rd parties unrelated to our business operation without your consent. Keeping your data safe is a big deal for us, so we use security on our servers for maximum safety.
Your confidentiality is our reputation, and our reputation is our business. Our advisors go through the same rigorous background and reference checks we conduct for our caregivers. They also go through comprehensive privacy training, and sign privacy & confidentiality agreements as part of their working arrangement. Breach of confidentiality is cause for immediate termination and legal action. We consistently log when a user accesses a clients' account details or makes any changes.
