Beverly is not an agency — and that’s the point. Agencies source candidates from their own roster and earn commission on placement. Your Beverly coordinator contacts multiple agencies on your behalf as your family’s assistant, aggregates candidates from every source, and provides independent recommendations with zero placement-fee bias. You get full market access instead of being limited to one pool.
You do — always. Beverly coordinates on your behalf, but you are the direct counterparty in every agency relationship. Your coordinator helps you select the right agencies, handles onboarding paperwork, and manages day-to-day lead flow so you can focus on evaluating candidates rather than juggling logistics.

You own all the agency relationships. Even if you stop working with your coordinator you or your agency will be able to continue the communication.

We do not maintain our own caregiver roster — and that’s by design. This model keeps us client-first and objective, allowing us to engage with as many external networks as needed to maximize the odds of finding your ideal caregiver, while you do less work than ever.
The first 90 days with a new nanny are critical. Your coordinator stays with you through this transition — conducting regular check-ins with both you and your nanny, coaching on communication, helping resolve any friction, and ensuring the working relationship is set up for long-term success. If things aren’t working, your coordinator helps you navigate the conversation or restart the search.
Yes. Both the Managed and Comprehensive plans include pause and resume flexibility within a 12-month window. Life happens — if you need to put the search on hold for a few weeks, your coordinator picks right back up where you left off when you’re ready.
