* Success Guarantee. If you don’t hire a caregiver during your search window, we refund 100% of what you paid for that search plan. Search windows run 8 weeks for long-term nanny and household roles, 16 weeks for au pair matches, and 2 weeks for travel and temp searches. The guarantee doesn’t cover a search you cancel yourself, and your one-time membership isn’t refunded. Search plans can be paused and resumed for 12 months from purchase. ** Search extension add-on — $1,500. Most long-term domestic searches conclude within 8 weeks, and au pair matches within 16. In the rare case a search needs substantially more time, your Beverly team may ask you to add this extension for 8 or 16 additional weeks of full support for domestic searches and au pair matches, respectively. Available on long-term and au pair searches. Buying an extension is always optional and is never a condition of your Success Guarantee.
