For Agencies | Beverly — The Best Way to Hire Childcare

Working With Beverly

A quick guide for nanny and childcare staffing agencies on how Beverly coordinators support families during their childcare search.

What Beverly Is — and Isn't

Beverly is a coordination service that assigns a dedicated coordinator to act as a family's childcare hiring assistant. Our coordinators manage agency outreach, candidate intake, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and placement support — all on behalf of the family.

Beverly is not a staffing agency, employment agency, nanny placement service, or recruitment firm. Beverly does not recruit, employ, supply, or place caregivers. We do not maintain a roster of available candidates, and we do not charge placement fees. The family is always the direct contractual counterparty with every agency.

How Beverly Coordinators Work

1

Agency is contacted and introduced to the family

Coordinator shares detailed search requirements with the agency, helps the agency sign the engagement / staffing agreement with the family and becomes day-to-day logistics contact to help the family.

2

Coordinator Speeds up the Process

The coordinator handles candidate intake, schedules pre-screens, organizes profiles, and keeps the family updated — so the agency doesn't have to chase the family for feedback.

3

Family Makes All Decisions

The family reviews coordinator-prepared summaries, decides who to interview, and makes the hire. Family directly pays the placement fees that become due.

Why Agencies Prefer Working With Beverly Families

Faster Response Times

Coordinators respond to agencies within hours, not days. No more chasing families for feedback on submitted candidates.

Higher sign-up rates for your agency

To better incentivize new families, Beverly reimburses a portion of their agency registration fees, which leads to increased client conversions for agencies.

Higher Close Rates

Families with coordinators move 3x faster through the hiring process. Fewer dropped candidates, fewer stale leads.

Your Relationship is Protected

The family owns the agency relationship. If the family stops using Beverly, the agency relationship continues directly with the family.

Your Candidates Stay With Your Family

Beverly takes candidate confidentiality seriously. We have a formal policy — codified in our Terms of Service — that protects every agency's candidate roster.

Beverly coordinators are strictly prohibited from sharing any candidate submitted by an agency with any family other than the family that holds the contractual relationship with that agency.

Each agency relationship is treated as exclusive to the family that holds it. Coordinators may not cross-reference, recommend, or otherwise make available agency-sourced candidates across different Beverly client families.

This policy ensures you can confidently share your candidate roster knowing your candidates will not be redirected to other families outside the scope of your agreement.
